Great local bar with live music on Thursdays and Fridays featuring Oliver Johnson on piano & trumpet. He's a versatile musician/singer playing blues, jazz and Motown. Very good drink prices in a fun, friendly asmosphere!

New piano music at an established piano bar. I was pleasantly surprised. They refreshed a classic concept so it can be enjoyed for another 25 years. This place will always be a neighborhood institution. Great drink selection, not sure about food.

Did trivia, it was good fun, I little too loud but still manageable and able to talk with friends. Had hockey on so good place to have a drink and watch sports. A lady was selling food while trivia. Recommended for trivia on Tuesday around 7:30pm

Maybe my favorite bar? No food, no beer on tap, but a great selection of local beers and a comfortable if noisy atmosphere. The decor is the real star here. It's largely unchanged from its previous life as a working-class neighborhood bar, and the paintings behind the bar take you on quite the journey.

I love a good dive bar! Especially one that offers trivia and hard cider. The staff and customers were friendly. It was a fun, casual environment. I will definitely be going back to hang out and more trivia. Other bars have a more professional trivia set up, but I find The Hideaways trivia equally enjoyable. But I don't take it too seriously. If you won't be drinking more than one or two drinks, I suggest bringing cash. There is a minimum for credit card transactions.

This place has such an eclectic crowd with an equally welcoming atmosphere. The live music we had while there was amazing. The man behind the booth playing the trombone and other instruments (live) added so much. 5/5 will definitely be coming back.
